The sea view from the Superior Double Room on the 6th floor offers an excellent way to wake up each morning. The proximity to nearby grocery stores makes grabbing essentials a breeze.

The overall noise levels from hotel corridors and cleaning activities disrupt peace, particularly early in the morning. Room amenities lack basic essentials like a kettle or glass, while the noisy air conditioning units on top floors significantly detract from relaxation. The wellness area falls short, with non-functional equipment and very limited services, leaving much to be desired.

Staying for a short getaway, I was really impressed by the room with the private jacuzzi—it offered a lovely view that made for a perfect start to the day. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of dishes that kept our mornings exciting. The hotel is a quick stroll from Palma Beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun without needing to travel far. While our dining experience had a few hiccups, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and we enjoyed our time.

The crispy fries by the pool bar were a crispy dream! Plus, the breakfast selection to kickstart your mornings was top-notch. The lovely staff cleaned our room daily.

while the location is decent, the staff could not do anything about the loud music from a group of rude guests, ruining my relaxation. also, imagine paying for your stay and being charged to use the spa! i was expecting a bit more, but it seems special treatment isn’t in their policy. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

location near the airport bus station is super convenient! and the shower facilities are fantastic. You can enjoy delicious breakfast options every day.

This place suits me perfectly, offering a poolside snack bar, fitness centre, 24-hour reception, and great spa options. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with local food delivery on my first stay. Highly recommended!
